quickly for the lunch box,and guess what?… it
turned very good!
I used snake gourd in this recipe

10 beans cut into 1 inch pieces
1 small snake gourd(seeds removed and cut into strips)
6-7 pips of garlic
4-5 green chillies
2 inch piece ginger
a little mint leaves
a little coriander leaves
1 tsp. sea moss
2-3 onions sliced fine
Ghee/butter
cardamons,cloves,cinammon
a pinch of mace
1/2 tsp.garam masala
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup curd
1 tsp.sugar
METHOD
Pound garlic,ginger,green chillies,mint,
coriander leaves,sea moss,and mace to a coarse
mix.
Heat ghee and fry onions till brown.
Add the vegetables, the ground mixture, the rest
of the ingredients and the rice and saute for 5
minutes.
Then add water (1 inch above the rice level),
and cook on high heat till steam comes out of
the pressure cooker.
Put the vent and simmer jus for 15-20 minutes
Remove from fire.
If additional richness is needed you could fry
some nuts and sprinkle on the top while
serving.
