Chilli chicken can be prepared in various ways,grilled, baked or fried.Here i give you a recipe where the chicken is cooked along with other ingredients,using less oil!

500 gm boneless chicken

250 gm onions chopped fine

7 green chillies chopped

1 tblsp.ginger garlic paste

1 tblsp.white wine vinegar(you can use plain vinegar too)

1 tblsp.worcestershire sauce

1 tblsp.soya sauce

1 tblsp.raw papaya paste

1/2 tsp.chilli powder

salt to taste

1-2 tblsp.

red food color(optional)

coriander leaves or spring onions to garnish

Marinade the chicken in the mixture of ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,worcestershire sauce,soya sauce,vinegar,salt,papaya paste for half an hour.Cook the chicken in the marinade till cooked and dry.

Heat 1-2 tblsp.of oil,and fry onions,without  letting to brown.Add salt.Add the chicken pieces and green chillies and saute for a few mins.

Garnish with spring onion leaves or coriander leaves
