This is a bohra recipe which I tried with my version,of Chinese and Asian.Anyway for people who don’t know what bora means.Bohra is a Muslim community name.
So now let’s go to the recipe
450 gms.of boneless mutton(boiled and cut into tiny pieces)
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon ginger strips
1tsp.ginger garlic paste
1 capsicum ground
10-12 broken cashews
1 onion cut fine
1/2 tsp.garam masala
1/2 tsp.pepper corns
A pinch of nutmeg
1 green chilli cut fine
6 eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
I cup cooked macaroni or cooked rice.
Salt to taste
6 medium bowls or ramekins.
6 tsp.ghee or butter(to use for the final step)
1-2 tblsp.Oil or butter
Heat 1-2 tblsp.oil or butter in a pan,add flour and stir well taking care not to brown.Add the ginger-garlic paste, cut onions, the boiled meat, ground capsico and the rest of the spices.cook till well blended.Add grated cheese.
Fill the cups with the meat mixture.Place a sliced tomato on the mixture of each ramekin.Break egg on the tomato.Heat one tsp ghee till very hot and pour over the egg.The egg will cook in the heat of the ghee.
Note. One egg for each ramekin mix.
Serve hot.
My suggestions.1.you could substitute, prawn for meat.
2.Combination of prawn and squid.
3.Chicken and mushrooms.
Dhabba Gost Fusion(meat savoury pudding)
