Banana bread


Bananas cannot be eaten when it’s overripe,but when used to make bread,muffins,cakes pancakes or fritters it turns out really good.
Today I bring you a recipe for banana bread.Easy and tasty
4-5 ripe bananas mashed
3 eggs
200 gm flour
75 gm butter
2 tblsp.yoghurt
1 tsp.baking powder
1 tsp.baking soda
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp.cinammon powder
1/4 cup walnuts or pecans

Beat butter and sugar till well corporated. Add eggs one at a time and beat. Next add the bananas and the rest of the ingredients except the flour and beat till well blended.Fold in the flour. pour into greased loaf tin and bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 mins (175-180 Degrees Celsius.) Slice and serve plain with cream,melted chocolate,  ice-cream or custard.
