Vegetable pulao with pineapple


This rice can be prepared at a snap.

Cut vegetables and keep ready at hand and

your meal is ready and tasty!

Now for the recipe.
INGREDIENTS
250 gm rice
1 carrot
1/4 cup green peas
5-6 beans
1/4 pineapple cut into cubes
2 green chillies
1 tblsp.cummin seed powder
1 tsp.chilli powder
1 tsp.garam masala powder
1/4 cup coconut grated
Few sprigs spring onions/few shallots
10-12 almonds/cashewnuts
3 tblsp ghee
Salt

METHOD

Grind the cashewnuts,coconut together and

keep aside.

Put the washed rice vegetables and the rest of

the ingredients in a rice cooker or thick

bottomed pot.

Add salt to taste.

Pour water 1 inch above the rice level,and click

on the cook button.

If it’s a thick bottomed pan.Simmer till rice is

done.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with kormas or raita,or any dish of your

choice.
