This is the same recipe and method for making a caramel pudding,only slight variations of
the inclusion of chocolate and almond paste.Chocolate lovers delight ,and easy to make.
If you are able to get almond milk it will be fine to make this dessert.
Let’s get into the recipe now.
1.5 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 oz dark chocolate
4 oz.ground almond paste
1/2 tsp.vanilla essence
a drop of almond essence
Beat the eggs with the sugar and the essences.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler,mix in the milk,and the rest of the ingredients.Mix
well.(even if you find the chocolate not getting mixed well,don’t worry ).Pour into the
caramel coated pan,and bake in a moderate oven(180 degrees) in a bath (a bigger tray with
water in which the pudding bowl is kept and baked) for 35-40 minutes
3-4 tblsp sugar
1 tsp lime juice.
Heat the ingredients for the caramel carefully till you get a nice caramel color.
Remove from fire and coat the pan/ramekins you are going to bake the pudding in.
