WATERMELON COCONUT MILK JUICE


The benefits and the use of coconut milk,is more prominently seen in the search for a

healthy lifestyle nowadays

Using Coconut milk in culinary was prevalent since early times but only now the

popularity has increased trying to replace even diary products.

Well,coming to the recipe,this is related to the pinacolada drink.

Yes…I added coconut milk to the breakfast watermelon smoothie.

Very simple and healthy.

Now to the recipe.

INGREDIENTS (5 servings)

1 medium sized water melon

Juice of 1-2 limes/lemon

1 cup coconut milk

Honey / Sugar to taste

1/4 tsp.pepper ( optional)

METHOD

Blend all ingredients in a juicer.

Serve chilled or non- chilled.
