This poori is made with cornmeal and wheat
flour with a mixture of veggies.
Looking at the ingredients, it may seem to be
time consuming. If only, you have a dough
press, just an oil paper, or your oil packets slit
in between it’s too quick .
Whenever I buy packeted oil,I store it it in my
freezer rack, and use for dishes like this.
So to the recipe now..

Tip to soft chappathi and poori

after preparing the dough
*Always fry poori on high heat.

effect on the poori after frying.😀
