100 gm butter

100 gm sugar

100 gm flour

2 eggs

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp.vanilla essence

1/2 cup raisins

1/4 cup milk(optional)

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.Beat eggs.(sprinkle a tsp.of flour while adding the eggs to avoid curdling).Fold in the flour (baking powder added to it and sieved).Fold in raisins.Pour batter into a greased tin,and bake in a moderate oven for 25-30 mins.

This could be made individual cupcakes too.
